Overall very disappointed in the trip because of over packed busses and people not complying with the mask rules bus driver rude in Cincinnati Ohio the lady in Louisville Kentucky was great she explained how people would be expected to wear mask or be asked to leave the bus right away
although the bus was packed every seat with 2 people in each seat no spaces in between
It’s crazy even after paying adult prices for a 4 year old over $200 I had to hold her in my lap after I paid for a seat totally not rite
it was ok. the greyhound station in Seattle is too small. no cafeteria like in smaller cities stations.
needs to build a 2nd story on top so people can be spread out.

I’m deaf and I use sign language to communicate. I appreciated the effort when one of the employees at the San Antonio responded to my question (when I pointed which gate I was supposed to go for my departure) with a handshape that looked like a C. Seeing this woman fingerspelling the letter C made me smile. Thanks!
Their were people on board who were disruptive using there music on and having abusive conversations with use of four letter words starting with f and ending in k. I actually had a drink spill that never was cleaned up so it ran underneath my seat. Someone bumped into me that smelled of alcohol.
In Indianapolis Sunday afternoon, the janitor was excellent. The bathrooms were really bad, he was doing something else, but he went and cleaned the stalls so I could use the bathroom in comfort. He deserved a shout out!
I road Greyhound on Tuesday afternoon departing and I must say that the female bus driver did great handling everything on the bus and drove excellent. I mentioned to her when I departed the bus at New York Port authority that it was a great ride. She did Everything right as the bus driver ????????????????????
Ron is the best greyhound driver ever!! Had a great return trip from Rochester NY to batavia ny. Definitely going to keep riding greyhound in hopes of finding more drivers like him. Thanks again Ron!!!!
Other than the fact there was a passenger that talked loud the entire ride, my experience was great and I have no complaints lol. This was my first greyhound bus ride by myself and of course I was a tad nervous but everything was easy access and the workers were really nice if you had questions. Will definitely be taking a bus ride again in the future ????
I took a Greyhound bus from Milwaukee WI to Minneapolis MN, I was supposed to make to Minneapolis at 6:50am so I can make it to work by 9am. I didn't make it to Minneapolis until 2:30pm, why because a 20 year old bus broke down that had no business on the road in the first place. When I dared to complain they told me my ticket was non refundable and they considered a 8 hour delay a minor delay. This proves that Greyhound has no regard to their customers. Or was it because it was a bus full of black people. Yes I went there because it was a bus full of black people.
Stop in Deming had a broken sign & not well marked! When asking employee inside convenience store they said there was no stop there! When calling 575 number it was disconnected! Chat did confirm location a second time, but 800 number kept transferring to different options. Customer service should answer quicker! Purchase of ticket online was easy & quick! That was efficient! Final stop in MESA, AZ was @ 9 pm in the back of the building ! DARK & NOT VERY SECURE! I was a single female traveling w a few bags! Not even a table or chair or lit area to wait for ride! Not a safe area to wait alone at night! Something needs to be done before something happens! Otherwise other stops in trip were clean & more secure. Thank you for being there in my time of need! Much appreciated!
Greyhound bus ride was cool.. No drama on bus Everyone did they part to be safe
The bus ride was quiet and the route had beautiful views. I like how the bus had wifi and was pretty clean, now having disposable bags for each set of seats. Great service for the value.
Took my money and didnt issue me a ticiet and still kept my money they are a rip off middle finger to Greyhound I will never use them again

No, there are no success stories. I would give the Colorado Springs Greyhound station a zero if I could.
Where do I begin. I dropped a car off for a friend in Colorado Springs and was told there was a Greyhound Bus that went to Union Station in Denver. There were two leaving Saturday, Oct 5. One at 9:30 am and one at 9:40 am.
1. The bus station in Colorado Springs should be in the third world. Think Yemen, Somalia, Pakistan. Dirty. Smelled like body odor. None of the vending machines worked. The gate agent was overly involved in her iphone and wore a tshirt that said, "People are annoying, especially you." I am not making this up.
2. The 9:30 am bus showed up at 9:26. I wanted to get on it and get out of there but she said the 9:40 bus was right behind her. Wrong.
3. We waited until 10:00. I went to the surly gate agent and she said she did not know where the 9:40 bus was. I said do you have a tracker or a phone number to the driver? She could not be bothered and said it would be late.
4. I called customer service. After a 12 minute wait on hold, I was told there was a problem with the 9:40 bus and the next bus would be at 5:22 pm. That is right, almost 8 hours later. I told the customer service rep that we could have gotten on the 9:30 bus as it was almost empty and she said the gate agent should have coordinated that. I said I want a refund, and she said I had to call another greyhound number. I did and was on hold another 15 minutes.
5. Meanwhile I went into the gate agent, politely asked her to put her phone down and to do something to help the stranded people. I asked her why she did not put us on the 9:30 bus if she knew the next bus would be 8 hours late. She said the bus left early (it didn't) and the driver left before she had a chance to stop her. Both lies. She never left her seat or stopped texting on her phone.
6. I finally got through to one helpful agent. He took my number but said I would have to wait 24 hours to get a refund.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give these people your business. They deserve to go out of business. I fly a lot on United and thought they were bad but Greyhound set a new record for poor customer service.
